Metro Nashville Police Southeast Precinct

About this Project

In May 2023, Metro Nashville had their ground-breaking ceremony for their new Southeast Precinct which will be a 25,000 square foot building. In October 2023, we began our site preparation. Our scope of work includes erosion control, site demolition, earthwork, site grading and installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and watermain.

Highlights:

• 20,000 cy of mass excavation
• Import of 15,000 cy of surge rock material
• Cut and fill onsite to balance site
• Removal of 106,000 sf asphalt parking lot
• Installation of all site utilities
• Installation of WQU

Site Conditions:

• Existing road splits the site and needs to remain open 24 hours a day
• Mill and overlay all roads upon final completion
