About this Project
This turnkey project required Demo Plus to separate and demolish an 800,000 sf multi-floor warehouse built in the 1940’s. We demolished it all in only 2 months, while we worked to complete both pads ahead of schedule with over 30 pieces of heavy equipment operating at any given time. Concurrently recycling 5,000 tons of steel, crushing with our mobile crushing equipment over 250,000 tons of concrete on site, removing over 20 30-yard boxes a day of C&D waste, importing 180,000 cubic yards of material used for the grading of both large building pads, and site utilities for state fire lines looped around both buildings.
