Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Demolition Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demolition and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and project completion.

Duties

• Operate demolition machines including excavators, dozers, and skid steers.
• Conduct demolition activities such as dismantling structures, removing debris, and preparing sites for construction or redevelopment.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance to ensure machinery is functioning properly.
• Safely handle hazardous materials, including asbestos or lead paint, when necessary.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure the safe operation of machinery in accordance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines and safety protocols are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper disposal of debris and materials.
• Follow environmental guidelines to minimize environmental impact during demolition activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating demolition machinery and heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications (OSHA certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of demolition techniques, safety procedures, and regulations.
• Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions and environment
