About this Project

Site preparation for a new Telsa Collision Center which is a 40,000 sf single-story structure located in West Nashville. Starting from six acres of raw land, performed site demolition, mass excavation, rock blasting, and excavation. Scope of work also included erosion control, installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and fire lines, bio ponds, and final grade for the site.

  • Cut and fill to balance site 53,000 cy
  • Export of 25,000 cy of material
  • Built retaining wall and backfilled
  • Installation of pervious paver base and underdrain

  • Diverted 100% of material from landfill
  • Installed storm detention system

Found underground detention ponds underneath bio ponds
