About this Project

Demo Plus is developing a massive greenfield site to make room for a brand-new Walmart Supercenter and Fuel Station in Lebanon, TN right next to a major housing complex. Our work consisted of grading a 50 Acre site, installing 2 large building pads, and all storm, sewer, and water structures and piping with no existing utilities already in place. We also gave a major upgrade to HWY 109 with brand new turning lanes and traffic signals. Maintaining road conditions and safety during the blasting of over 200,000 cubic yards of rock was imperative due to the location.
